Mix the world computers, science, and stir in a bit of fiction. Technology I think is cool or even things that would be cool if they really existed.

It might seen kind of odd that I've had this blog up for so long and haven't had a working comments panel, but hey, there were other pressing issues. It's still not 100% since adding the comments link to the main blog page causes some positioning issues when you click that ends up hiding the article, but you can at least now use the Disqus comment system on the actual article page.

Astute visitors might have noticed several ongoing changes on the front end in the past few weeks with changes to the portfolio section and now a small update to the header. I've been attempting to fix some of the last bugs with the integration of the new portfolio using Phoca Gallery and Highslide instead of lightbox since the upgrade of the site to Joomla 1.5. Overall it's been a good transition and many of the features we've been needing worked out of the box. Today's changes with the header and the enabling of the fine art portfolio for Tesh marks the end of and era for Digital Equinox. Since I started this site it's only been related to my own work but now it has a second category for Tesh's fine art. The update of the header moves the focus of the page away from my own personal site to a combined portfolio site for both of us. The header update is only temporary until I work out the look and feel of the new Digital Equinox so please bear with us in the coming months.
